"I can't say enough positive things about Leslie and her entire staff, especially Yuri. Yuri helped me navigate thru a traumatic experience with a car accident which involved my car insurance. I had traded in my 2017 Prius for a 2026 model. I had the car for about 24 hours before it was totaled by a driver making an illegal u-turn. This was a unique problem bc my insurance had not transferred to the new car yet. To complicate matters, I was without a car for about 2 weeks but still covered by the current policy. I brought up the issue that I should not be paying for the period during which I no longer had the new car. I eventually replaced the totaled car with another 2026 Prius. Since this was an unprecedented situation, Leslie and Yuri were so innovative in coming up with a way to solve this insurance dilemma. Yuri was always responsive to my questions (and there were many) and very personable and sympathetic. If you have any insurance needs, I highly recommend Leslie and her amazing team!"
